I don't think the recording is all that great, even if this show was better than average.

Had it playing on stream all day - will download it too so I can play it in the car.

I was so excited when I downloaded this show and that upon first listening I discover that this show freakin' ROCKS! I caught myself in the mirror playing air guitar and singing out loud - and I was wearing headphones! I had to make time to post this show . . . I have not heard this band rock . . . and no offense, since about 2002!

I think Jackie Greene coupled with THEEE best rythym/engine/flaming mo'flippin'/ kick ass/take no names band has nothing but an awesome future. Thank Gawwwwd we have a tour coming up to get some awesome S**T!!!

I want to talk a little about the music. Speedway Boogie in my mind is a snapshot in time for where the band was at. This song as recorded here displays the brilliance and ultimate potential of this band. It gave me goosebumps. The vocals, guitar work, the FEELING! is how it use to be! Without sounding corny = Damn near a religious experience. Listen, this song has holes because the band has not been playin' together very long . . . once the two or three holes are filled in and a comfort level begins to develop . . . how far can this band go? You gotta ask yourself the question.

With that said, Jackie - I like your stuff too. Your songs are insightful and you get it . . .

The bands hot for sure. I've never listened to Jackie until now. I like his voice, hes going to be alot better when he gets a bit older his voice sounds so young. and I really didnt care for the The Golden Road (To Unlimited Devotion). But I really like how they are playing really old songs.

Thank you for this wonderful show. When Phil & Friends are on they are really smokin'. I have never heard any of Jackie's music before. I guess I'm going to have to check him out. Thanks again for this recording.

I love Phil and his friends, but this show was one of the tightest I have been to in a long time. Too many of Phil's recent "friends" have been too high to match Phil's level of expertise. Jackie however took it seriously and the result is obvious - he's joining Phil for fall tour!

The Show - A small intimate gathering of folks lucky enough to get tickets, a taper giving enough to leave String Cheese in time for Phil, and the rest of us to enjoy this recording!!!

Wow!! this is probably one of the tightest performances we have ever heard and the beautiful thing is it was just last week!!!Jerry must be proud of phil and the band for striving for such excellence and continuing the legacy of the Greatful Dead!!This show is a first class example because it just is.Phil is one cool dude!!!!Looking forward to the 07 fall tour ya hoo!!
